Masella resort has a Medical Service to assist all skiers and snowboarders injured in its domains.
This service consists of: a general Doctor, a nurse, ambulance service during the whole skiing and snowboarding day and a team of first aid qualified pisters-lifeguards who assist injured people at both the trails and Pla de Masella clinic, which is beside Masella Jet Chairlift.
